If you are enrolling on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Enrollment and Registration

Eligibility:

To enroll in our courses, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Meet any specific prerequisites or requirements for the course you wish to enroll in
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract

Registration Process:

To enroll in a course, you must:

• Complete the enrollment form with accurate personal information
• Select your desired course and schedule
• Agree to these Terms of Use and our policies
• Pay the required course fees according to our payment terms

Account Security:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Course Fees:

All course fees are displayed on our website and are subject to change. The fee you pay at enrollment is the fee that applies to you, even if we increase prices later.

Payment Methods:

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash payment at our center
• Bank transfer to our designated account
• Installment payment plans (subject to approval)

Payment Schedule:

• Full Payment: Due at enrollment or before the first class
• Installment Plans: First payment due at enrollment, subsequent payments as agreed

Refund Policy:

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Before Course Start: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee if you cancel at least 7 days before the course start date
• Within First Week: 75% refund if you withdraw within the first week of classes
• After First Week: No refunds after the first week of classes
• Course Cancellation by Us: Full refund if we cancel a course before it starts

Late Payment:

Failure to pay course fees on time may result in:

• Suspension from attending classes until payment is received
• Forfeiture of your enrollment spot
• Additional late payment fees
• Withholding of certificates or transcripts

4. Student Conduct

As a student at Kampong Thom Learning Hub, you are expected to:

Respectful Behavior:

• Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect and courtesy
• Refrain from discriminatory, harassing, or offensive behavior
• Use appropriate language and maintain professional conduct
• Respect diverse backgrounds, opinions, and perspectives

Academic Integrity:

• Complete your own work and do not engage in plagiarism or cheating
• Properly cite sources and give credit for others' ideas
• Do not share answers or collaborate on individual assignments unless permitted

Attendance and Participation:

• Attend classes regularly and arrive on time
• Notify instructors in advance if you must miss a class
• Participate actively in class discussions and activities
• Complete assignments and coursework by deadlines

Facility Use:

• Respect our facilities, equipment, and materials
• Do not damage, remove, or misuse property
• Follow safety rules and procedures
• Keep classrooms and common areas clean

Consequences of Misconduct:

Violation of student conduct expectations may result in:

• Verbal or written warnings
• Temporary suspension from classes
• Permanent expulsion from the program without refund
• Legal action in cases of serious misconduct

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content:

All content on our website and in our courses, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, software, and course materials, is the property of Kampong Thom Learning Hub or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights:

As an enrolled student, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and use course materials solely for personal educational purposes
• Download and print materials for your own study
• Participate in course activities and discussions

Restrictions:

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or share course materials with others
• Upload course content to file-sharing or public websites
• Use our materials for commercial purposes
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our content
• Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings

6. Course Materials and Content

Access to Materials:

Enrolled students will receive access to course materials, which may include:

• Textbooks, workbooks, and handouts
• Digital resources and online content
• Video lectures and recorded sessions
• Practice exercises and assignments

Duration of Access:

Access to course materials is provided for the duration of the course plus 30 days after course completion, unless otherwise specified. After this period, access may be revoked.

Content Accuracy:

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of course content. Course materials are subject to change without notice.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Course Cancellations by Us:

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to:

• Insufficient enrollment
• Instructor unavailability
• Facility issues or emergencies
• Force majeure events

In the event we cancel a course, you will receive:

• Full refund of fees paid, or
• Option to transfer to another course, or
• Credit toward future courses

Rescheduling:

If we need to reschedule classes, we will provide as much advance notice as possible. Missed classes due to rescheduling will be made up at a later date.

Student Withdrawal:

If you need to withdraw from a course, please notify us in writing. Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy outlined in Section 3.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kampong Thom Learning Hub and its directors, employees, instructors, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage arising from your use of our facilities or services
• Errors or omissions in course content or materials
• Delays or interruptions in service delivery
• Actions or inactions of third-party service providers

Our total liability for any claims arising from your enrollment or participation in our courses shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid for the specific course in question.

Assumption of Risk:

You acknowledge that participation in courses involves certain risks and you voluntarily assume all such risks.

9. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution:

Mediation:

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation before pursuing formal legal action.

Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cambodia. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Kampong Thom Province, Cambodia.

Severability:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Significant changes will be communicated to enrolled students via email.

Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may withdraw from your course subject to our refund policy.
